Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 17, 2026

Our Commitment

Wiebe Consulting Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Informational only. This Accessibility Statement is for informational purposes only and does not create contractual rights or guarantees. Your legal relationship with us is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Our Commitment

Accessibility is a core part of our product and service design. We believe the clinic owners, staff, and patients who interact with our website should be able to do so regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. We design, develop, and test our website with inclusion in mind.

Scope: This Accessibility Statement applies to the wiebe-consulting.com marketing website only. For the Clinic OS Pro SaaS platform, please refer to the separate Accessibility Statement at clinicospro.com/legal/accessibility.

2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Based on our self-evaluation as of the "Last updated" date, wiebe-consulting.com is intended to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working on known issues and will update this statement as we remediate.

3. Accessibility Features Implemented

We have implemented the following accessibility features:

  • Semantic HTML: Proper heading hierarchy (single h1, ordered h2-h6), landmarks (main, nav, footer), and ARIA roles where needed.
  • Alt text: Descriptive alternative text on informative images; decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes.
  • Color contrast: We aim for text and UI elements to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • Keyboard navigation: Our goal is that all interactive elements are reachable and operable with keyboard alone, and we test new features with this in mind. Tab order follows visual order.
  • Focus indicators: Visible focus outlines on all interactive elements.
  • Responsive design: Layouts adapt to screen sizes down to 320px width and support 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality.
  • Dark mode: Full dark mode support that preserves contrast ratios.
  • Clear navigation: Consistent header and footer across all pages.
  • Form labels: All form fields are associated with visible labels.
  • Language declarations: html lang attribute is set; the site supports English and Hebrew with proper RTL direction for Hebrew.
  • Reduced motion: Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion user preference where technically feasible.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

We test with and target compatibility with the following assistive technologies:

  • NVDA (Windows) with Firefox and Chrome
  • JAWS (Windows) with Chrome and Edge
  • VoiceOver (macOS) with Safari
  • VoiceOver (iOS) with Safari
  • TalkBack (Android) with Chrome
  • Keyboard-only navigation in all modern browsers
  • OS-level zoom and browser zoom up to 200%

Compatibility may vary depending on your specific browser, OS, and assistive technology versions.

5. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to remediate them:

  • Third-party embeds: Calendar widgets, video embeds, and analytics scripts are provided by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are evaluating alternatives.
  • Legacy PDFs: Older PDF documents on our site may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Contact us for an accessible alternative on request.
  • Interactive calculators and modals: The revenue calculator and booking modal have complex interactions. We have implemented ARIA patterns but acknowledge there is room for improvement.
  • Complex charts and data visualizations: Some charts rely on color as the primary differentiator. We are adding text equivalents and data tables where applicable.

6. Ongoing Efforts

We treat accessibility as an iterative process rather than a one-time audit. Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Automated testing in our build pipeline using tools such as axe-core and Lighthouse.
  • Manual keyboard and screen reader testing on new pages and major changes.
  • Periodic third-party accessibility audits.
  • Training for designers and developers on WCAG criteria and inclusive design.
  • Prioritizing accessibility fixes in our product backlog.

7. Assessment Approach

Wiebe Consulting Inc. assessed the accessibility of wiebe-consulting.com by the following approaches:

  • Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria.
  • Automated scanning using axe DevTools and Lighthouse.
  • Manual keyboard-only and screen reader testing on critical user journeys (home page, Benchmark Call booking, revenue calculator, blog).

8. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of wiebe-consulting.com relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML5
  • WAI-ARIA
  • CSS
  • JavaScript (required for interactive features such as the booking modal and revenue calculator)

The website is designed to work with modern browsers (latest two major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and requires JavaScript to be enabled for full functionality. For users with JavaScript disabled, core content remains readable.

9. Alternative Formats

If you need information from this website in an alternative format — large print, accessible PDF, plain text, or an audio recording — please contact us. We aim to provide alternative formats within five (5) business days at no cost.

10. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of wiebe-consulting.com. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers:

  • Email: ben@wiebe-consulting.com (please put "Accessibility" in the subject line)
  • Response time: We aim to respond within two (2) business days; this is a target, not a guarantee.
  • What to include: the page URL, a description of the barrier, your browser and assistive technology, and any other relevant detail.

11. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate concerns to the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction. For users in the United States, the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division handles ADA complaints. For users in Canada, the Canadian Human Rights Commission handles accessibility complaints against federally regulated entities; provincial equivalents handle others. The regulators listed here are examples and may not be the correct authority for your specific situation. Please consult the laws and guidance in your own jurisdiction to determine where and how to file a complaint.
