The Athlete
Small-town kid from Ontario, Canada. Spent 12 years grinding from age 10 to 22, chasing the dream of becoming a professional athlete. When that dream didn't work out, it was devastating, but it taught me what relentless commitment looks like.
The Pivot
Pursued a Master's in Sport Management, bridging the gap between sports and business. Landed an opportunity as Assistant Coach for a professional basketball team, then lost it when COVID cut the season's funding. Another setback, another lesson.
The Grind
My father-in-law, a 20+ year entrepreneur, became my business mentor. I launched an e-commerce business that failed. Newly married, drowning in student loans, living abroad. But every failure came with an education money can't buy.
The Clinic
I worked in a clinic and saw firsthand how practices struggle with patient retention, no-shows, and lapsed patients. Great clinicians losing revenue not because of poor care, but because of broken systems. I knew I could help.
The Breakthrough
People started asking for help with their businesses. My first consulting client added $200K in new revenue in just 4 months. That's when I knew I'd found my calling: helping business owners build the systems that actually drive growth.
